What is the deliverable of your campaign?

At the end of the campaign, we will provide a screenshot as proof of us running the campaign with your provided budget (note that due to the social media auction system, the budget could sometimes be slightly smaller or higher than the exact value).  We will also share a simple report with you for more insights into the campaign performance.

What are the platforms that you would be running your ads on?

​

We will run the ads on the platforms within the Facebook ecosystem, consisting of Facebook, Instagram, Messenger and Audience Network.

What should I expect from the campaign?

​

The campaign is designed to bring in more leads to spaces under your selected venue. However, due to the unpredictability of the ad auction system, we do not guarantee a fixed number of leads from the invested budget. If you would like to explore other campaign objectives (such as branding, launch a new product, market an event etc.), please reach out to us directly at sales@avenevv.com with your full requirements.

Do you require access to my Facebook Page and ad accounts to run the ads?

No. We will run the ads from our Avenevv Facebook Page and ad accounts.

I have purchased an advertising package. What's next?

​

Once we have received your payment, we would be sharing with you a detailed plan of the campaign details, including date of the campaign running, tentative creative and copywriting. In order to maintain a friendly budget for our venues, we only offer 1 round of edits for copywriting. For creative, we will leverage on existing assets from you that have been uploaded onto the system.

Can I choose a specific campaign period?

​

You can only select the month and year that you would like to activate this advertising package. If you are booking after middle of the month for that month, please note that we would need at least 2 weeks to schedule and start the campaign. Since we will be in contact with you regarding the status and creative assets of the campaign before advertising, we seek your cooperation in checking and revising the assets following the deadline. If you would like to make significant edits to the campaign creatives (beyond minor edits), kindly note that additional charges maybe incurred.
