How can I list my venue on Avenevv?
You can either fill in the signup form above or request for an Onboarding session with our Sales Representative by leaving your contact details. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to us at sales@avenevv.com or click on the chat bubble at the bottom right.
What kind of venues are eligible to be listed?
We welcome all types of venues to join us on Avenevv! If you would like to further explore how you could best showcase your venues for events, please feel free to chat with us!
Does it cost to list my venue on Avenevv?
Listing on Avenevv is free. We also do not collect commission for a deal that went through our platform. Each venue on Avenevv may receive up to free 3 leads per month. Venue may choose to upgrade their package that month to unlock more leads beyond the free leads.
How do I receive my lead?
When an event planner enquires about a space on Avenevv, the venue manager will receive an email notification to check out the lead details on the Venue Manager Dashboard. From there you can follow up with the event planners directly off the platform.
How much will be I charged for additional leads?
We offer multiple flexible Lead Bundles depending on your needs and estimation of total number of leads you would be receiving in that month. You may decide on the bundle after you have received additional leads beyond the free ones. The bundle pricing depends on the number of spaces that you onboard on Avenevv. More information on the Lead Bundles could be found under your Venue Manager Dashboard.
How can I optimise my venue profile for leads?
Please ensure that your profile is as complete as possible. We also highlight venues with event packages, promotions, safety and hybrid-ready measures in place. Upon receiving a lead, please attempt to respond promptly as your response time would also be displayed on your space profile.
On top of organic traffic, we also offer various packages to help you better acquire leads and expand your outreach beyond our website such as: Social Media Advertising Package, Space Video Package as well as Featured Space Package.
