Security Deposit Policy
1. 100% (full payment) will be required to book the space. Partial refund if cancel 1 month prior to event date.
2.*alteration of event date will be subject to availability (no more than 3 months ahead), with a fee of RM1,000.
3. Event Space Refundable security deposit of RM2,000 - to be refunded within 3 working days after the event ends via bank transfer
4. Vendor deposit is an additional RM2,000 - to be refunded within 3 working days after the event ends via bank transfer

Additional Services :
- Mandatory to use in-house panel sound and lighting.
*RM1000 surcharge if client opt to use outside vendors.

Rules & Limitations
1. Please remove your shoes when entering the villa.
2. Please do not smoke inside the villa, smoking outside is permitted. Kindly dispose the cigarette butts in the designated cigarette bins provided.
3. No large vehicles such as lorries, vans or busses are allowed on and off the property.
4. For event setup and dismantling, to take place from 8am to 5pm only.
5. There is a limit on no more than 16 cars parked in and on the street of the property (6 cars on Changkat Duta, the other 10 cars on Jalan Nusa).
6. There is a limit on no more than 60 pax in the villa.
7. Noise to be kept indoors only (especially after 10pm). Kindly shut all windows and sliding door at the swimming pool / banquet area on LG1.
8. The sound volume of all music, sounds and voices emanating from speakers, microphones MUST be kept at reasonable level at all times not exceeding 85 decibels as measured with the Sound Meter Application by our staff at both entrances of the villa and MUST STOP by 11pm. Sound levels must be lowered to 85 decibels or less immediately on the advice or complaint by staff.
9. Only acoustic performance is allowed at the venue, subwoofer and kickdrums are STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED at the venue. Speakers must NOT face outwards from the villa.
10. Adhesive tapes are NOT ALLOWED to secure cables on the timber floor. For cables across doorways/walkways, please use mobile ramp.
11. No unauthorized parties or events without advance notice (respectful events only).
12. No strobe lights, disco balls, or other overhead lights shining out of the villa, especially night-time.
13. No fireworks or confetti allowed at the villa.
14. STRICTLY no drugs.
15. STRICTLY no blocking off the CCTV and disabling the CCTV systems at the property.
16. Any wild parties are strictly forbidden, any sign of disturbance reported by the neighbours, we have absolute right to forfeit deposit in full and ask you to leave the property immediately.
17. Please do not paste or nail items to the walls.
18. Any late checkout without notice, a penalty applies.

Set-up and Dismantle Policy

Parking
