Payment Terms

• Full payment is required upon confirmation of booking.
• A booking shall only be deemed confirmed upon receipt of full payment by Tee Side Chalet.

Cancellation Policy

• All confirmed bookings are strictly non-cancellable and non-refundable.
• No refunds, rebates, credits, offsets, or reductions in charges will be granted under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

Cancellation requests
Shortened event durations
Early departures
No-shows
Unused venue hours
Reduction in booked spaces or facilities
Partial cancellation of event dates
Failure to utilise booked facilities or services

• Once confirmed, the booking shall be treated as a single confirmed reservation for the full booking period and facilities reserved.

Amendment Policy

• All confirmed bookings are generally non-changeable.
• Requests to amend event dates, reduce booking durations, alter booked spaces, or modify the booking structure may not be accommodated.
• Notwithstanding the above, Tee Side Chalet may, at its sole discretion and strictly as a goodwill exception, consider a one-time amendment request subject to:

Submission at least thirty (30) days before the event date
Revised event date falling within one (1) month of the original event date
Payment of an administrative fee of S$200 per booked space or venue component
Payment of any applicable rate differences
No refund or credit if the revised booking value is lower
Venue availability at the point of review

• Approval of any amendment request is entirely at the discretion of Tee Side Chalet and does not create any precedent for future requests.
• Approval of a revised booking does not guarantee allocation of the same venue space, lawn, bungalow, court, or event area originally reserved.
