Terms & Conditions
Reservation Deposit Amount: 20%
Event Planner shall pay the reservation deposit within 10 day(s) after quote acceptance.
Event Planner shall pay the balance of the Booking Fee at least 4 days before the Booking move-in date. Venue Manager will receive the balance of the Booking Fee at least 1 days before the Booking move-in date.
No security deposit is required.
Event Planner Cancellation Policy:
If Event Planner cancels the Booking at least 14 days before the Move-in Date, the Venue Manager shall refund all amounts received. If Event Planner cancels the Booking less than 14 days before the Move-in Date, the Venue Manager is entitled to forfeit the Deposit payment and only refund any remaining amount.
